NOTICE TO BIDDERS

FOR SALE:  The Board of Education of the Cassadaga Valley Central School in Sinclairville, NY hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the sale of the following items:

 

No reserve on following items:

 

1.   Oliver 18" wide by 6" deep planer.  208 three phase 3 HP motor.  Good condition

2.   Table saw 12" Oliver #232 208 three phase 2 HP motor with table extension and fence. Good condition

3.   Grizzly Dust Collector.  Double bag unit.  3 HP 110 volts Good condition

4.   Whirlpool self-cleaning gas oven.  Good condition

5.   John Deere 112 garden tractor w/44" deck. Fair condition

6.   Metal lathe 42" bed 8" swing three phase ½ hp 208 motor.  Good condition.

7.   Set of three Roseman reel mowers with tow frame. 30" per unit total width 7' total width. Fair condition 

8.   Myers three point hitch sprayer w/boom. Fair condition

9.   Delta Scroll saw. Fair condition

10.  Porter Cable spindle sander. Fair condition.

11.  International Cub Low Boy 154. Four cylinder with 54" belly mower.  Good condition. Min bid $1,000

12.  Woods RM990 three point hitch 90" cut. Good condition. Min bid $500

13.  Ford two bottom plow. Good Condition. Min bid $250

14.  Ford 8' Disc. Good Condition. Min Bid $250

15.  Ford two row corn planter. Good Condition. Min bid $250

 

 

Items may be viewed at the Cassadaga Valley Central School Middle/High School maintenance shop at 5935 Route 60, Sinclairville, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on November 23, 24 and 25, 2009.

 

Bids must be in the hands of the Clerk of the Board of Education by 1:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of December, 2009 at the Central Administration Office, Cassadaga Valley Central School, PO Box 540, 5935 Route 60, Sinclairville, NY  14782 at which time all bids will be publicly opened.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope plainly marked "SURPLUS EQUIPMENT BID - DECEMBER 2, 2009." Bid amounts should be written on a plain piece of paper with bidder's contact information including phone number(s).

 

Bidders must pick up items within 30 days of the bid award.  If items are not picked up, they will be either re-bid or awarded to the next highest bidder at the discretion of the district.  The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
